Hello Prayer Warriors!
We hope you are all well and that everyone had a wonderful 4th of July holiday.
We wanted to provide a brief update on Nancy as a few things have changed this past month. First of all, our opportunity with UAB is no longer viable. We were hopeful, but after all was said and done it appears that this was a little more out of the box than they were prepared to pursue. However, the opportunity with the biotherapy company is still a possibility. They are awaiting FDA approval for Nancy, so please pray that this would happen soon.
On a positive note, we have had some great success with getting her ammonia levels down. We attribute that to all of you who have continued to lift her up in prayer.
Overall, her scans last Monday showed the cancer continuing to spread. Specifically, it is spreading in the stomach lining which is causing Nancy great discomfort.
We still believe our God is a God of miracles. We ask that you would continue to persevere in your prayers for complete healing in her body.
We are grateful for all of you.
Thank you for updating us. We continue to pray for healing and the close presence of our loving Father for all of you.
Sending so much love and continued prayer for precious Nancy. Always praying for a miracle that I know our God can perform. Nancy is an example of who we all want to be in God’s army. We continue to pray for your healing every day, for your family as they support you, and for clear direction in your treatment and care.
Peggy and I talk about Nancy all the time. We had made a date with Al to come by for a visit a few days ago but had to cancel because Peggy developed a cough and had fever – and we’re concerned she was contagious. We’ll try to reschedule soon. Meanwhile we continue to pray for her comfort and healing.

Thank you so much for this update. I check almost every day for an update on our precious Nancy. Hoping for the biologic treatment possibility, and we are so thankful the ammonia levels are good. Praying so fervently for complete healing.
