Hello Prayer Warriors!
Thank you so much for going on this journey with us. We covet your prayers and feel the prayer coverage every day.
This has been a difficult road to travel, but God has been so faithful to walk with us, and each of you have meant so much to our family. We do not underestimate the power of your prayers . Actually, this has been a much better week for Nancy in some ways including her just feeling better and getting a little appetite back.
We got back from LA Thursday night around 10:00 pm. This was our second trip and second round of the treatment they have for us. They are so professional and encouraging, and we are grateful the Lord opened this door for us. So we will continue with this protocol every two weeks for at least 3 more trips to LA. At that point they will evaluate how she is responding and make whatever adjustments to the protocol that are warranted. We are also grateful for the support and cooperation of our Oncologist Dr Ben Jones in Birmingham.
Again, we do not know what the end of this journey looks like, only God knows that, but we are trusting in His loving kindness and believing that all things are possible through Him. We continue to seek His complete victory over this evil disease.
Please continue to lift Nancy up to our Heavenly Father as she “sometimes gets weary” through this journey. Thank you again for fighting with us!
